When you make a purchase from Doorstep Pet Food: Telephone 01434 220999, Unit B Foundry Yard, Bellingham, Hexham, NE48 2SB - You will receive an electronic confirmation upon receipt of your order as soon as your order has been received (unless your order has been made over the telephone) - You will receive notification of despatch usually within 1-2 working days of your order being processed. Doorstep Pet Food will not despatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. A Standard Delivery charge of £2.95 is added to all orders weighing under 1kg being delivered to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. For deliveries outside the UK mainland (including without limitation the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight Standard delivery is charged at £9.50. You can track the status of your order by logging into your control account or clicking on the link in your order confirmation email. Your parcel will be delivered by parcel courier within 2-5 days.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrived damaged or are faulty you must first inform us by email: sales@doorsteppetfood.co.uk within 7 days. Then return the goods by Royal Mail Special delivery. Replacement goods will be sent free of charge and your postage reimbursed. You must contact us to be assigned a returns number. Parcels will not be accepted without a valid returns number and original packing / invoice. Goods must be unused, and in original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. All items and goods returned to Doorstep Pet Food are the responsibility of the sender at your own expense. We strongly recommend that proof of postage is obtained. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Doorstep Pet Food cannot accept returns or refunds on goods on which you no longer want or like.
